easystreet offers various living concepts, tailored to the respective needs of our customers. From one day to long-term, from aparthotel to co-living and apartments.
No, we like to rent directly with no commission! However, if you book our rooms through other portals, they may charge fees. These fees are NOT passed on to easystreet.
Our Aparthotel, Apartments and Co-Living Munich east are located in a free parking zone. Parking spaces can be found on the street in the whole area around the building of our Aparthotel, Co-Living Apartments and Apartments. For Co-Living in Munich City Centre there is no parking possibility except by application for resident parking permits.
No problem at all. For a stay of one month or more you will receive the required form from us on request.
Unfortunately no. A separate contract must be made for the gym. The name is FitX.
Unfortunately no. Your little friends have to stay home.
CO-LIVING
easystreet is a perfect community of international and German academics, students, young professionals, aged 20-30 years.
Our residents have movie nights together, go out together, make excursions. The residents organise everything themselves.
easystreet is a community so nobody will stay alone for long. All apartments are in just two different buildings. It is very easy to ring the bell and get to know the other residents ;)
We have nothing against occasional visitors, even if they stay overnight. But please inform your roommates about your visitors and how long they will stay.
Unfortunately each room may only be occupied by one person.
For a lump sum of 100 € and exclusively at next availability. Barely needed anyway.
Each shared flat has its own common rooms and kitchens.

We have different room sizes and correspondingly adjusted rental prices.
That depends on availability. We do not have rooms for rent in all categories every month.
The price is all-inclusive: hot water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, weekly cleaning of the common areas and caretaker service.
Yes, the deposit is 1,500 € for each room category. Your deposit will be returned within 8 weeks after you move out.
Deposit has to be paied within 5 days after signing the lease contract. The first rent has do be payed latest with the start of the lease contract.
We charge a one-time fee of 90 €.
Our rooms are equipped with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m or 1.60 x 2.00 m), including pillow and duvet as well as a set of bed linen, closet, desk and chair. Our shared kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and TV.
Unfortunately no. But with our High-Speed Wi-Fi you can watch everything online in your room on your laptop.
Munich City East: 1-6 months. Munich City Centre: Long-term rent starting from a minimum of 6 months.
Munich City East: No, the contract ends at the end of the contract period without notice. Munich City Centre: Yes, with a 3 month period.
Munich City East: No problem at all. We have a cancelation period of 2 month to the end of the month. If you wish to cancel with shorter notice, please get in touch with us and most of the times we can make it happen. Munich City Centre: We do long-term contracts with a 3-month- cancelation period.
Munich City East: It can be extended up to 6 months stay Munich City Centre: We have long-term contracts and you can stay as long as you want.
