our name

The name is derived from the English proverb "living on easystreet", which means "to lead a carefree life". This is exactly the motto we try to focus on for the life in our accommodations – easy online rental process, all-inclusive price, great community. Just move in. Simply feel good. Just be at home.

2015

Foundation of the company

Founding and renting of the first space in a newly renovated commercial property to create loft co-living apartments. The planning and construction of the apartments followed.

2016

Opening of the first co-living apartments

The first co-living apartments in loft design were opened in April 2016.

2017

Opening of the first single apartments

The first single apartments were opened at the same location in February 2017. The apartments in loft design are positioned in the premium segment. They can be rented by the day or month.

2019

Opening of the Aparthotel

In August 2019 the Aparthotel was opened. The rooms are divided into different categories and thus offer the perfect solution for every customer's wish.
