GENERAL QUESTIONS


easystreet offers various living concepts, tailored to the respective needs of our customers. From one day to long-term, from aparthotel to co-living and apartments.
No, we like to rent directly with no commission! However, if you book our rooms through other portals, they may charge fees. These fees are NOT passed on to easystreet.
Our Aparthotel, Apartments and Co-Living Munich east are located in a free parking zone. Parking spaces can be found on the street in the whole area around the building of our Aparthotel, Co-Living Apartments and Apartments. For Co-Living in Munich City Centre there is no parking possibility except by application for resident parking permits.
No problem at all. For a stay of one month or more you will receive the required form from us on request.
Unfortunately no. A separate contract must be made for the gym. The name is FitX.
Unfortunately no. Your little friends have to stay home.

APARTHOTEL


You can check in at any time of the day or night from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is only possible by prior arrangement. We try to make an earlier check-in possible on request, but we ask for your understanding if it is not possible due to bookings.

Independently with no contact at our self-check-in terminal. You will find a detailed description in your booking confirmation. We also have a 24/7 hotline that can help you.

We don't have a traditional reception. However, the easystreet team is available by telephone, Mo till Fr from 9.00 to 19.00. Outside of these times we have an eReception for your assistance.

In this case, please contact the easystreet team by phone. Of course we will try to realise every wish, if it is possible. We ask for your understanding if some things are not possible due to the occupancy rate.

Yes, we have a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer for our guests. Please bring your own washing powder.
There are several breakfast opportunities outside the hotel. On top of that, all our rooms have a kitchen with the most important kitchen utensils. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared in the room. For this purpose, oil, pepper and salt are available in our rooms. You are welcome to bring all other ingredients with you.
Depending on your booking, we offer a daily cleaning of the rooms included or for an extra charge. For longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed.
Our Aparthotel has outside blinds, except for the north side. All other rooms in all accommodation types are darkened by special curtains.

Munich City East: 1 - 6 months. Munich City Centre: Long-term rent starting from a minimum of 6 months.

Only at Munich City East it is only the laundry room with the washing machine and tumble dryer that is shared.

CO-LIVING


easystreet is a perfect community of international and German academics, students, young professionals, aged 20-30 years.
Our residents have movie nights together, go out together, make excursions. The residents organise everything themselves.
easystreet is a community so nobody will stay alone for long. All apartments are in just two different buildings. It is very easy to ring the bell and get to know the other residents ;)
We have nothing against occasional visitors, even if they stay overnight. But please inform your roommates about your visitors and how long they will stay.
Unfortunately each room may only be occupied by one person.
For a lump sum of 100 € and exclusively at next availability. Barely needed anyway.
Each shared flat has its own common rooms and kitchens.
